Spring & Fall Rates
Spring and fall rates are $150 less than the summer weekly rate. Spring rates are from May 16th through May 26th 2023 and Fall rates are from August 19th through September 30th. Rentals for fall and spring are a 3-day minimum stay. Daily rates are 1/5 of the weekly rate.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed in Cabins 1-11. The pet fee is $30/day per pet. Only small dogs (20 lbs or less) are allowed without prior arrangement. Pets must be leashed at all times and must be cleaned up after. They should not be left unattended in cabins unless they are kenneled and quiet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Fall Special
Stay with us for 1 week in the summer (excluding Cabins 12 and 13), and come back in the fall for ½ price!
Additional Guests
Each additional guest over the base guest allotment for the cabin (specified above) is $20/day or $100/week. Children under 2 stay free.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen! We hope that you do not need to cancel, but if you do, please cancel at least 90 days prior to your arrival date to avoid payment of the full cabin rate. Cancellations within 90 days of the arrival date will be responsible for the full amount.
